Biography: After being a slave to fashion for a number of years, I am now going it alone with a new range of jewellery and accessories 'Morgaine Alexadndra'. The collection consists of headpieces, necklaces and cuffs made from natural feather and recycled vintage garments, buttons and broaches amongst other weird and wonderful things I have found over the years.
As a textiles designer for Burberry menswear and prior to that working for Nicole Farhi and French Connection, I learnt the value of beautiful fabrics and continue to work with English Mills, using their cloth in my work and showcasing the wonderful work they continue to produce in this country. I have always felt very passionately about the dwindling English textiles industry which is now being replaces with mills predominantly in china. But no one does it like we do!
